Usually, people make dosa using lentil-rice batter, but making them with sprouts introduces the recipe with necessary vitamins and minerals. This is the recipe for breakfast or snack time, and it is a powerhouse of nutrition. Tap to take note.
1 tsp cumin 1 cup moong beans Olive oil 1 bunch of coriander leaves ½ cup water 3 chillies ½ tsp salt 1-inch ginger
Soak moong beans overnight and tie them in a cloth to get the sprouts.
Blend the sprouted beans into a smooth paste.
Add some water and blend chillies, ginger, coriander, and cumin seeds.
Transfer the moong batter into a bowl and sprinkle salt all over it.
Spread the batter on a hot griddle. If you would like, you can add aloo mix over it.
Grease the edges and fold the dosa once the base is brown and crispy.
