North Indian chapati is known for its round and fluffed-up structure. It is lightweight and complements exceptionally well with dal, curries, kadhi, and more. Here is your guide to ace it.
2 cups atta Water as needed 1 tbsp ghee
Knead a soft dough using atta and water.
Keep the dough aside for at least 15-20 minutes.
Take a small sphere and dust it off with dry wheat flour.
Roll the dough into a circle of uniform thickness.
Semi-roast the chapati on a hot griddle.
Subject the fulka to a high flame and witness it fluff up. Serve and enjoy!
