According to recent studies, kids should not be given biscuits, and adults struggling with diabetes should avoid sweets. Home bakers should try this no-sugar atta biscuit recipe.
½ cup ghee 1 cup atta ¼ tsp cardamom ½ cup jaggery A pinch of salt ¼ tsp baking soda 2-3 tbsp milk
Take a bowl and whisk jaggery and softened ghee until the mixture is fluffy and light.
Sift atta, salt, and baking soda in another bowl. Add a pinch of cardamom powder.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together until you are able to knead a soft dough.
Add milk and shape the dough. Cover it and keep it aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Roll the dough and cut it into the shape of biscuits. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170°C.
Bake the biscuits for 15-20 minutes. Allow them to cool off and turn crispy. Enjoy.
