During the festive season, many people seek no onion and no garlic dishes, especially if they are offering it to Lord Ganesha. This guide gives you some ideas to sort your breakfast scenes. Take notes.
Make poha with potatoes, peanuts, carrots, and cabbage. It will turn out equally good without onions. Don’t forget to top it with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Skip onions and garlic, and saute the remaining vegetables in a pan. Add rava and water, and cook with a lid on. Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy.
You can make aloo paratha for breakfast without onions. It is fulfilling, tasty, and helps you curb cravings for snacks before lunch.
Make paper dosa and serve it with coconut chutney. You can also add aloo masala and make it wholesome.
Besan chilla does not need onion and garlic. You can stuff it with grated paneer, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and a pinch of pepper.
Temper rava, curd, and water paste with mustard seeds, hing, a pinch of turmeric powder, chana dal, curry leaves, and red chilli. It is delicious.
