1 cup water 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour Oil for frying For Coating ½ cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Boil water, butter, and sugar, then add flour and mix into a dough.
Let the dough cool slightly, and pipe it into hot oil.
Fry until golden and crisp on all sides.
Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Toss churros in cinnamon sugar and serve warm with some hot chocolate.
