No-Cook Overnight Oats For A Healthy Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast options that don’t require any cooking are simply the best for busy mornings. By soaking the oats overnight, all you need to do in the morning is add toppings and enjoy a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk 2 tbsp yoghurt 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup Chopped fruits Seeds and nuts of your choice

Step 1

Take a bowl and mix oats, milk, yoghurt, and honey or maple syrup.

Step 2

Mix well, cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.

Step 3

The next morning, add chopped dry fruits, seeds, and nuts, and serve.
