Creamy and delicious, this watermelon ice cream requires only three ingredients and no special equipment. It's a fantastic summertime no-churn dessert!
1 large watermelon 500ml of condensed milk A pinch of salt
Chop watermelon into cubes. Place them in a line on a baking sheet. Freeze for 3 hours until solid.
In a blender, add the frozen watermelon pieces. Add the condensed milk and salt.
Blend until no watermelon chunks remain. Pour mixture into a loaf tin. Freeze for 2 hours or until mixture is frozen.
While prepping the watermelon, make sure to remove the black seeds.
Remember to chop the watermelon into equal-sized cubes for better results. Store ice cream in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
