Nepali momo chutney is the ultimate pairing with dumplings, comprising spiced vegetables and meat. It is spicy, tangy, and fiery, leaving your ears and mouth steaming. The first bite might leave you fuming, but the foodie inside you will be reaching out for the second serving.
1-2 Thai red chillies 2 medium tomatoes 1 tbsp cumin seeds 2 garlic pods Salt to taste 1 tsp sesame oil 1 shallot
Roughly chop chillies, tomatoes, and shallots.
Grind them into a coarse blend.
Add the seasoning and blend again.
Add sesame oil and run the appliance again.
Serve the chutney with momo, rice, or other snacks.
