Sitafal kheer, made with custard apple pulp and milk, is a delicious sweet dish offered during Navratri fasting. It is light, creamy, and naturally flavoured.
2 cups full cream milk ½ cup custard apple pulp (sitafal) 3 tbsp sugar (or as needed) ¼ tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits
Boil milk until it reduces slightly.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, then mix well.
Cool the milk and stir in custard apple pulp.
Garnish with dry fruits. Serve chilled as bhog or dessert.
