If you’re observing a fast this Navratri, make sure that you add some hydrating options to your day. Apart from eight glasses of water, make a cucumber smoothie and sip it throughout the day.
½ cup chopped cucumber 1 cup chopped fruit of choice ½ cup yoghurt ½ cup milk 1 tablespoon honey Ice cubes
Rinse the cucumber and a fruit of your choice, like banana, berries, mango, etc, and chop them.
Transfer the chopped pieces into a blender with yoghurt and milk.
Blend to make a smooth mixture, and add honey.
Take a tall glass, fill it with ice cubes, and pour the smoothie into it.
Garnish with chopped mint leaves, and enjoy.
