Since many devotees observe a fast for Sharad Navratri, they’ll need something light to keep the digestive system at rest. You can try this vrat-friendly mashed potato recipe for a quick lunch or dinner.
2-3 potatoes Sendha namak to taste Black pepper powder to taste 1 green chilli 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp lemon juice
Peel and boil the potatoes. Once cooled, mash them till you reach your desired consistency.
Add rock salt, black pepper powder, and a pinch of cumin powder to taste.
Mix in chopped green chilli and a squeeze of lemon.
Once well-combined, you can enjoy it as is or pair it with kuttu ki roti.
