Whipped honey coffee uses the same technique as whipped coffee but replaces sugar with honey. The result is a softer sweetness and a slightly floral note that works well with strong coffee. It can be served hot or cold depending on preference.
1 tbsp instant coffee 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp hot water 1 cup hot or cold milk
Whisk coffee, honey, and hot water until thick and fluffy.
Pour milk into a glass or mug.
Spoon the whipped coffee over the milk.
Stir before drinking and serve immediately.
