A mushroom omelette is a quick and satisfying breakfast that combines fluffy eggs with earthy mushrooms. It is simple to prepare, rich in protein, and makes a hearty start to the day.
3 eggs ½ cup mushrooms (sliced) 1 small onion (chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped) 1 tbsp oil or butter Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté onions, mushrooms, and chilli until cooked.
Beat eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the cooked mushrooms.
Cook on medium flame until set, then fold gently.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with toast.
