Do you love the spicy mushroom do pyaaza that your favourite restaurant serves? Well, with this easy recipe, you can now make it home. Just follow these steps and add some spice to your meals.
400 grams button mushrooms 1 onion 3 tomatoes 1 ginger 2 cloves garlic 3 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 cloves 1 inch cinnamon stick 2 green cardamoms 1 black cardamom 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder Salt to taste Chopped coriander leaves
Heat some oil and saute cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamoms, black cardamom, and bay leaf.
Cook chopped onion till golden, and add ginger, garlic, and pureed tomatoes.
Add all the spices and sliced mushroom.
Balance the consistency by adding some water. Cook till the mushrooms are tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
