Who doesn’t like to have a sweet treat after their meal? To make it a little healthier, you can make a ladoo with murmura and gud. Follow this quick 4-step recipe and please your sweet tooth in no time.

Ingredients

3 cups murmura 1/2 cup grated jaggery 4 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon ghee

Step 1

Dry roast murmura for about a minute to give them a crispier texture.

Step 2

Take a pan and heat some ghee. Add grated jaggery and stir till you get a syrup.

Step 3

Turn off the heat and add roasted murmura to the syrup. Coat well.

Step 4

Take small portions of the mixture, shape them into balls, and enjoy.
