Multigrain dosa is your dose of all essential nutrients packed into a crispy cylinder in the morning. Made with multiple lentils, this dosa serves you protein before you kickstart your day.
1 cup black chana 3 cups sona rice 1 cup urad dal 1 tsp methi 1 cup lobia 1 cup moong beans Oil for roasting Water for soaking 1 cup poha
Soak lentils, lobia, methi, poha, and moong beans in a bowl for 6 hours or overnight.
Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste and ferment in a humid spot in your kitchen for 8 hours.
Add water to the batter if needed.
Spread a thin layer of the batter on a hot griddle.
Once cooked, serve the dosa with chutney and sambar.
