Chilla is a snack that can be made with any flour and your favourite vegetables. If you’re looking for a quick snack to eat without any guilt, multigrain chilla can be your go-to option. Here’s an easy recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup multigrain flour 1 cup water 2 teaspoons oil ½ teaspoon ajwain ½ teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ⅓ cup chopped onions ⅓ cup chopped tomatoes 1 green chilli 1 teaspoon grated ginger ½ cup chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste

Step 1

Take a bowl and mix flour, ajwain, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Step 2

Add onions, tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, and water to make a consistent batter.

Step 3

Heat a pan, pour a spoonful of batter, and cook both sides.

Step 4

Repeat to make as many chillas as you want and serve.
