Moringa Soup: Build Immunity With This Recipe

Moringa is known for regulating blood sugar levels, boosting immunity, and reducing inflammation. It is good for skin, hair, and overall health. But how do you add it to your diet? Check out this moringa soup recipe.

Ingredients

1-inch ginger 2 cups drumsticks Salt to taste 2 tsp ghee 1 tomato ½ tsp turmeric Chopped moringa leaves ½ cup Indian gooseberries ½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp black pepper

Step 1

Wash and cut ginger, drumsticks, and tomatoes.

Step 2

Pressure-cook the ingredients with gooseberries and other ingredients.

Step 3

After 4 whistles, open the pressure cooker and drain the ingredients into a saucepan.

Step 4

Mash the other ingredients and strain them. Add spices and cook.

Step 5

Adjust the consistency, bring it to a boil, and temper the hot soup.

Step 6

Garnish the soup with coriander and moringa leaves.
