Moong dal paratha is a delight for breakfast. Rich in protein and carbohydrates, it provides energy to the body to remain fueled until lunch and a bit beyond. This easy recipe can be replicated in the kitchen without hassle. Check it out.
1 cup soaked moong dal 2 cups atta Salt to taste 1 chopped green chilli 1 cup curd Water as needed Ghee as needed 1 tbsp mustard oil 1 tbsp coriander leaves A pinch of turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder
Add the salt and powdered spices to the atta.
Drain the excess water from dal, and add it to the atta.
After mixing the ingredients together, add water and knead a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes, then roll small balls into parathas.
Roast parathas on a hot tawa until both sides are brown.
Enjoy the paratha with raita of your choice.
