Moong dal dosa is an easy recipe, protein-rich, and crispy. Served with coconut or tomato chutney, it is a perfect addition to the breakfast spread. With this, vegetarians can fulfil their protein requirements.
2 cups soaked moong dal Salt to taste 1-inch ginger 1 green chilli 1 tsp soaked methi dana 2 tbsp ghee
Soak moong dal and methi dana in water overnight.
In the morning, grind them with chilli, ginger, and salt.
Sprinkle red chilli powder and keep the batter aside for a few minutes.
Spread a ladle full of batter over a hot griddle. Add ghee to the edges.
Once the base is brown and crispy, fold it and serve it.
