Are you looking for an easy and instant dosa recipe? Replace regular lentils with moong dal. Obviously, you will need to soak the lentils overnight, but you don’t have to wait for hours to ferment them. Check out this protein-rich recipe of dosa.
2 dried red chillies 1 cup moong dal 1-inch ginger 2 green chillies 1.25 cups water 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin
Rinse moong dal a couple of times and soak it in water overnight.
Add to the processor along with ginger and chillies. Blitz the ingredients.
Add some water to the blend and grind again into a smooth, thick paste.
Pour it into a bowl and season it with salt and chilli powder.
Spread a thin layer of this batter on a hot griddle.
Once the base turns crispy, top it with paneer or aloo mixture and serve.
