Moong dal chaat is a protein-rich snack you can make at any time of the day and enjoy. It is wholesome, tangy, and loaded with vegetables. If you are looking for a recipe, follow this guide.
¼ cup raw mangoes ½ cup yellow moong dal 1 tsp chaat masala ½ cup grated carrot 4 tsp lemon juice ½ cup pomegranate 1 tsp green chilli, coriander ½ cup spring onion 1 tsp mint leaves
Wash moong dal and soak it for half an hour.
Cook the lentils with water on a medium flame, until it is half done.
Strain the dal and keep it aside to cool off.
Take a large bowl and add all the vegetables in it.
Toss moong dal with other ingredients.
Garnish with lemon juice, coriander, and mint before serving.
