Millet is a fibre-rich, nutritious grain that can be incorporated into your day-to-day meals for a gluten-free diet. To make a healthy salad, here’s a recipe for millet salad you must try.
1 cup mixed millet 1 cup chopped cucumber 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 cup chopped mint 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Crumbled paneer for garnish
Cook the mixed millet till soft. Let them cool.
Mix the millet with chopped cucumber, onion, cilantro, and mint.
Add in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Chill the salad for about half an hour. Garnish with crumbled paneer and serve.
