Millets are high-fibre grains, prized for their nutritional value and satisfying taste. If you are looking for healthy breakfast options, make your daliya gluten-free with this millet porridge recipe.
1 cup millet 3 cups water 1 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter Chopped fruits Chopped nuts
Rinse the millet and boil it with water and salt or sugar, as desired.
Once boiled, stir in some butter and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Add milk and simmer till you get the desired consistency.
Transfer the porridge into a bowl and top with chopped fruits and nuts.
