A bowl of porridge is one of the best ways to get a high-fibre breakfast. To make it gluten-free, you can whip millet porridge. And depending on your taste, you can add toppings and make it more nutritious.
1 cup millet 3 cups water 1 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter Chopped fruits Chopped nuts
Rinse the millet and boil it with water and salt.
Once boiled, stir in some butter and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Add milk and simmer till you get the desired consistency.
Transfer the porridge into a bowl and top with chopped fruits and nuts.
