Imagine not feeling guilty after slurping your spicy bowl of noodles? Whether you’re gluten intolerant or just making dietary modifications, follow this recipe to make millet noodles and enjoy the Chinese staple.

Ingredients

200 g millet noodles 1 cup chopped vegetables as per preferance 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon chilli sauce Salt and pepper to taste Spring onions for garnishing

Step 1

Boil the millet noodles till soft. Drain and set them aside.

Step 2

Heat some sesame oil and saute chopped garlic and grated ginger.

Step 3

Add chopped vegetables like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and broccoli. Stir-fry on high heat.

Step 4

Mix in soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss in the noodles and mix well.

Step 5

Garnish with spring onions and serve maida-free millet noodles.
