Millet ladoo is a healthy and gluten-free Indian sweet that you can have guilt-free. Made with ragi flour, jaggery, and ghee, millet ladoo is the perfect alternative to sugary sweets.
1 cup ragi flour 1 cup jaggery 1/4 cup ghee 1/4 cup chopped nuts Cardamom powder
Heat grated jaggery on low heat to make a thick syrup.
In a separate pan, roast ragi flour till it’s fragrant. Mix in jaggery syrup.
Stir in ghee, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts until the mixture thickens.
Take small portions, make balls out of the mixture, and serve the ragi ladoos.
