Millet Biscuits: No-Maida Recipe For Guilt-Free Munching

Millet biscuits are the perfect way to enjoy the crunchy treats without having to worry about gluten. Here’s an easy no-maida millet biscuits recipe that you can make for a satisfying texture, that too, guilt-free.

Ingredients

1 cup millet flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup oil Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup choco chips (optional)

Step 1

Whisk millet flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Stir in oil and maple syrup until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 3

Take small portions of the dough and line them on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 10-15 minutes till golden brown.

Step 5

Let them cool and then serve your millet biscuits.
