Having a couple biscuits with your cup of tea or coffee is non-negotiable. But you can definitely make your biscuits healthier with millets. To munch without any guilt, why don’t you bake millet biscuits?
1 cup mixed millet flour 1/2 cup ragi flour 1/4 cup almond flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 cup melted ghee 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup milk
Whisk together mixed millet flour, ragi flour, almond flour, salt, baking soda, and ground ginger.
In another bowl, mix ghee, honey, and milk. Gradually mix with the dry ingredients.
Knead till you get a smooth dough.
Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, and you’ll get your millet biscuits.
