When hunger hits suddenly, the cheese chilli toast recipe turns plain bread into a bold, spicy snack layered with green chillies, onions, and melted cheese, bringing sharp heat and creamy texture in every hot bite.

Ingredients

4 bread slices ½ cup grated cheese 1 finely chopped green chilli 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tbsp butter Salt to taste

Step 1

Mix cheese, green chilli, onion, and salt until evenly combined.

Step 2

Butter one side of each bread slice evenly.

Step 3

Spread the cheese mixture generously on the opposite side.

Step 4

Toast on a pan or in an oven until the cheese melts and browns slightly.

Step 5

Serve immediately while the toast is crisp and the cheese is still molten.
