Mawa cake is a traditional Indian cake made with khoya, flour, sugar, and cardamom. It has a soft, moist texture with a rich taste and is often enjoyed with tea or coffee.

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one and mix well. Stir in cardamom powder.
Fold in flour, baking powder, and milk. Add crumbled mawa and mix gently.
Pour batter into the tin, sprinkle nuts on top, and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.
