This masala oats recipe transforms plain oats into a spicy, comforting meal. Packed with vegetables and Indian spices, it’s quick, filling, and perfect for busy mornings or light dinners without compromising on taste.
½ cup oats 1 cup water ¼ cup chopped vegetables ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp salt
Heat water in a pan and bring it to a rolling boil on medium heat.
Add the chopped vegetables and cook for two to three minutes until slightly soft.
Stir in the oats along with salt and garam masala, mixing well to avoid lumps.
Lower the heat and let the oats cook, stirring occasionally for a creamy texture.
Turn off the heat once thick, let it rest for a minute, and serve hot.
