2 cups rava 1 tbsp chana dal 1 tsp urad dal Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 cups water ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 cup curd 1 tbsp oil 1 cup chopped vegetables of your choice 7-8 curry leaves 1 tsp mustard seeds
Mix rava and curd in a container.
Add chopped carrots and bell peppers along with salt and red chilli powder.
Heat oil in a ladle and saute chana dal, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
Pour the tempering into the rava blend.
Check the consistency and add more water if the blend is extremely thick.
Grease idli moulds and pour the batter. In 20 minutes, masala idli will be ready.
