The changing season can trigger a cold, a sore throat, and allergies. To fix it in a desi way, make masala doodh with haldi, honey, cinnamon, and some more spices. Follow these 4 steps.
1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
Heat some milk, but don’t boil it.
Add ground cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and nutmeg.
Let the milk simmer for two minutes till the spices infuse in the milk.
Stir in honey or sugar. Pour the masala doosh into a glass and drink it warm.
