Masala Buttermilk: Summer Drink To Prevent Heat Stroke

Masala buttermilk is the solution to find relief from the heat. It is a curd-based drink that helps to regulate the temperature of your body to keep you cool. Drinking it with dinner or lunch can potentially prevent heat stroke.

Ingredients

½ inch ginger 1 cup curd ½ tsp black salt 2 cups cold water ¼ tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 green chilli ½ tsp cumin powder ¼ tsp salt

Step 1

Grind green chillies, ginger, and salt together.

Step 2

Add curd and water to the blender.

Step 3

Blend again until you have a smooth concoction.

Step 4

Pour the buttermilk into a pitcher.

Step 5

Top it with black salt, coriander leaves, chaat masala, and cumin powder.

Step 6

Stir the ingredients and enjoy the drink.
