Mango yoghurt is a creamy, refreshing and natural summer dessert made by blending ripe mangoes with yoghurt. It is a healthy and nutritious treat for breakfast or a snack, packed with tropical flavours.
1 cup ripe mango pulp 1½ cups chilled yoghurt 2–3 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp cardamom powder Few saffron strands Mango chunks or mint leaves (for garnish)
Peel and puree mangoes into a smooth pulp using a blender.
Whisk the chilled curd until it turns smooth and creamy.
Add mango pulp, sugar, and cardamom to the curd and mix well.
Let it cool for at least 30 minutes for the best flavour and consistency.
Garnish with mango chunks, saffron or mint leaves and serve cold.
