Mango sticky rice is a traditional Thai dessert made with rice, coconut milk and mango. It’s a perfect summer dish and is easy to make at home for anyone exploring Thai cuisine! Click to find out the recipe
1 cup sticky rice 1 ¼ cups coconut milk (for rice) 1/2 cup coconut milk (for sauce) 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 ripe mangoes Toasted sesame seeds
Soak and steam sticky rice until it turns tender.
Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt, mix with rice and let it absorb.
Simmer coconut milk with sugar, salt and cornstarch to make a sauce.
Serve rice with mango slices, drizzle sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
