Mango sorbet is a chilli delight that will help you find relief from the heat. In this humid weather, cold desserts and drinks are the only options to lean on when nothing seems to provide you any comfort. Check out its recipe.
4 mangoes 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup syrup
Peel the mangoes and dice them into large cubes.
Blend them in a food processor until you have a smooth puree.
Pour the syrup and lemon into the processor and switch on the appliance.
Transfer the blend to an ice cream maker and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Scoop it out and enjoy it after every meal.
You can enhance flavours using mint leaves, cinnamon powder, and crushed cardamoms.
