When mangoes are in season, there’s nothing more satisfying than a chilled mango milkshake. Sweet, creamy, and ready in minutes, it’s perfect for hot afternoons or a light evening treat.
1 large ripe mango peeled and chopped 1 cup chilled milk 1–2 teaspoons sugar, jaggery, or honey 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional) Few ice cubes Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
Add mango, chilled milk, and sweetener to a blender jar.
Blend till smooth and creamy.
Add cardamom powder or ice cubes, if using, and give it a final blend.
Pour into a tall glass.
Garnish with chopped almonds or cashews, if desired.
Serve chilled, fresh from the blender.
