Mango Kulfi is a rich and creamy dessert made with pureed mangoes and does not need any churning. It is an ultimate summer dessert which you cannot miss. Here is the full recipe.
2 large pureed mangoes 2 cups full-fat milk 1 cup condensed milk ½ cup cream ¼ cup sugar ¼ tsp cardamom powder 10-12 finely chopped almonds or pistachios
Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat and stir continuously until it is reduced to half.
Add condensed milk, sugar, mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the cardamom powder and let it cool at room temperature.
Blend mangoes into a smooth puree and mix it with the cooled milk mixture.
Mix chopped nuts for texture.
Pour the mixture into the kulfi mould, cover tightly and freeze for 6-8 hours.
