Summer and mangoes go hand in hand. From curries to desserts, you can prepare a wide array of comforting dishes and savour the flavours of the king of fruits. Tap to see how you can turn mangoes into frozen kulfi.
½ tin condensed milk 1.5 cups ripe mangoes 1 cup whipped cream A pinch of saffron ¼ tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp pistachios
Soak saffron in warm water, and keep it aside. Meanwhile, chop mangoes and blend them.
Mix mangoes, saffron, whipped cream, and condensed milk in a bowl.
Combine the ingredients into a thick but smooth batter.
Sprinkle cardamom and pistachios and give the batter a mix before pouring into kulfi moulds.
Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
Sprinkle pistachios on top of kulfi and enjoy!
