Mango curd is more like a chilled yoghurt-based dessert, which is made with the natural sweetness of mangoes and the creamy texture of yoghurt. A perfect recipe for summer or light treats after meals.
Blend mangoes until puree becomes smooth.
Mix the mango puree with yoghurt, sugar, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt.
Add sugar and honey to sweeten the curd.
Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
Serve, chilled!
