Just imagine biting into a dessert dipped in sugar syrup. Malpua, soaked in chashni and garnished with chopped nuts, is one of the richest Indian desserts. Follow these 4 steps to make malpua at home.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup sooji 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup sugar A pinch of cardamom powder Oil for frying
Mix atta, sooji, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk for a consistent batter. Let it rest.
Heat some oil. Pour a ladleful of batter into the oil, allowing it to spread into a circle.
Deep-fry till both sides are golden brown.
Drain excess oil, garnish with chopped nuts, and serve.
