Are you maintaining your safe distance from cookies just because of the maida content? Here is a gluten-free cookie recipe made with millet flour that can be paired with your tea or coffee.
1 cup millet flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup oil Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Whisk millet flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
Stir in oil and maple syrup until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Take small portions of the dough and line them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes till golden brown. Let them cool and serve millet cookies.
