Spinach garlic stir fry is a quick, side dish made with fresh spinach, golden garlic, and light spices. Nutritious, flavourful, and easy to cook, it pairs perfectly with rice, roti for a simple meal.
3 cups fresh, washed, and chopped spinach leaves 6–7 sliced garlic cloves 2 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden.
Toss in the spinach and stir-fry on a high flame.
Season with salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
Cook just until the spinach softens, then serve warm.
