Do you feel an irritation in your throat or often catch a cold amid the changing season? If yes, this masala doodh recipe is just perfect for you. You can prepare it in 5 minutes and get relief from a cough or cold.
1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
Heat some milk, but don’t boil it.
Add ground cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and nutmeg.
Let the milk simmer for two minutes till the spices infuse in the lukewarm milk.
Stir in honey or sugar. Pour the masala doodh into a glass and drink it warm.
