Unlike green spirulina, the blue variety (extracted phycocyanin) has a neutral taste and is packed with antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress. This soothing beverage is perfect for an afternoon ritual or a calming bedtime drink, providing a gentle wellness boost without the jitters.
1.5 cups coconut or cashew milk 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of ground cinnamon
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam (do not let it boil).
