Avocado shake is naturally creamy and filling, with healthy fats that help keep the drink satisfying without needing extra ingredients. The flavour stays mild, allowing the fruit’s texture to take centre stage.
1 ripe avocado 1½ cups cold milk 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey A pinch of cardamom powder Ice cubes, as needed
Scoop avocado flesh into a blender jar.
Add milk, sweetener, cardamom, and ice.
Blend until smooth and thick with no lumps.
Serve chilled immediately as a breakfast drink or mid-day option.
