This fragrant rose kulfi is a creamy, floral Indian dessert made with milk, condensed milk, and rose syrup. It’s indulgent yet refreshing; a festive treat you can easily make at home without fancy equipment.
2 cups full-fat milk ¼ cup condensed milk 2 tbsp rose syrup ¼ tsp cardamom powder Chopped pistachios for garnish
Boil milk in a pan and let it simmer until slightly reduced.
Stir in condensed milk, rose syrup, and cardamom powder, mixing well.
Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze for 6–8 hours.
Unmould, garnish with pistachios, and serve chilled for a fragrant delight.
