No-sugar dry fruit laddoos rely entirely on the natural sweetness of dates and the richness of nuts, making them a wholesome option for winter snacking. The mixture comes together quickly and forms soft, nourishing laddoos that provide steady energy without refined sugar.

Ingredients

1 cup seedless dates ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) 2 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp sesame seeds or flaxseeds

Step 1

Pulse nuts until coarsely crushed, then add chopped dates and blend into a sticky dough.

Step 2

Warm ghee in a pan and toast the seeds until aromatic.

Step 3

Add the date mixture and mix well until it softens and combines evenly.

Step 4

Shape into laddoos while warm and leave to set before storing.
